Mandi Karasek

Mandi Karasek is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership and human resources management across various industries. Mandi has held key positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Digi International and multiple HR leadership roles at Optum, such as Talent Leader for OptumHealth and Human Resource Leader for Optum Behavioral Health. Prior experience includes serving as HR Leader for Global Operations at Cargill and Client HR Manager for the Horizon Milling Business Unit.
