Derek Helgason

Derek Helgason has extensive experience in account management and sales, currently serving as a Field Senior Account Manager and previously as a Sales Representative at OCR Canada Ltd. since September 2006. Specializing in comprehensive data collection solutions for inventory control, warehouse management, and manufacturing, Derek has contributed significantly to the company's success. Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Call Center Day Shift Supervisor at The Kenna Group from October 1999 to April 2006, where responsibilities included scheduling, new business development, customer retention, and staff management. Derek is an alumnus of River East Collegiate.
