Susan Kaunismaa

Susan Kaunismaa has over two decades of experience in sales, operations, and management within the medical and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Sales Operations at OCR Canada since March 2011, Susan has held progressive roles, including Senior Manager of Sales Operations for Canada and the US Field Sales at BCI. Prior experience at Cook Medical from September 2005 to March 2010 included managing an $8 million Medical Device Consignment Program for Canadian hospitals, overseeing all legal documentation in compliance with ISO standards and Canadian law. Earlier in their career, Susan worked as the National Sales Forecast Manager at Estee Lauder Cosmetic Company from 1984 to 1999.
