OCR Group Bhd, formerly O&C Resources Berhad, is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Group, comprising the Company and its subsidiaries, is engaged in five major business segments: Construction, Trading, Manufacturing, Property Development and Others. The Group's main revenue stream comes from the Construction segment, covering the construction of residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. Its Trading segment includes the trading and retailing of rubber products, baby apparels, toiletries, as well as electrical and mechanical products. Its Manufacturing segment is involved in the manufacturing of condoms and baby products, as well as molds. Its Property Development segment covers the development and operation of residential and commercial properties, while its Others segment consists of the investment holding activities.
