Rebecca Seward

Rebecca Seward has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Closing Coordinator at First Home Mortgage. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Compliance Associate, where they acquired in-depth knowledge of banking laws and regulations, assisted in compliance research projects, and ensured data integrity of required compliance disclosures. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Software Support Specialist, managing compliance and operations issues and creating policies and procedures for residential lending compliance actions.

In 2019, Rebecca joined Roostify as a Software Support Engineer, later becoming a Lead Software Support Engineer in 2020. Rebecca'srole focused on providing software support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting technical issues. In 2021, they transitioned to the position of Senior Technical Product Manager, where they played a key role in product development and delivery.

In 2022, Rebecca joined Ocrolus as a Senior Technical Product Manager, focusing on improving operational efficiency for the mortgage customer base. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director of Product.

Rebecca Seward obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2018. Additionally, they have achieved certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in May 2022, and as an Ellie Mae Certified Developer from Ellie Mae in November 2017.
