Jasna Čubrić

Jasna Čubrić has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and HR field. Jasna is currently working as a Team Lead in Recruitment at Octagon Professionals since 2023. Before this, they worked at Fourthline as a Tech Sourcer and Tech Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. Jasna also gained experience as a Freelance Recruiting Manager at Ventech Search Group from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an International Technology Recruiter at Madison Parker International in 2019. Jasna also has experience in re-engineering the recruitment process and comparing Application Tracking Systems as side-projects. Jasna has worked as a Freelance Recruiter at JCPR Serbia and as an HR Assistant and Lead Recruiter at FERON Employment. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Innovation Researcher at Qual Point and as an Accounting and Billing Agent at Hit Travel D.O.O. Jasna started their career as a Financial and Production Coordinator at Protehel D.O.O. in 2010.

Jasna Čubrić completed a Sourcing Masterclass in 2021. Jasna holds an Engineer degree in Postal and Banking Technologies from the ICT College of Vocational Studies. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Analytics from Growth Tribe (expected in 2023) and a Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global (obtained in 2020).
