Bianca Diosdado serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ITRADE STEM since February 2024, where strategic leadership is directed towards enhancing job growth and economic sustainability in critical sectors. Additionally, Bianca has been the President of Quiet Thunder, Inc. since 2018, focusing on providing global services to various entities, and holds the position of CEO at Octagon Talent Solutions since 2016, emphasizing the importance of aligning talent with organizational culture. Previous roles include CEO of Quire Blockchain Consulting from 2017 to 2019, where the company pivoted towards financial engineering for humanitarian projects, and Vice President of IT Recruitment & Staffing at Octagon Technology Staffing between 2014 and 2016. Bianca began the professional journey at Marcus & Millichap as an Investment Broker from 2007 to 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Finance from Nova Southeastern University.
