Bobby Stemper

Bobby Stemper is currently a Product Manager at Octane11. Bobby has previously worked as the Rock Climbing Wall Manager at Wisconsin Union, the President of Wisconsin Hoofer Ski & Snowboard Club, and the Director of Marketing at AdHawk. Bobby has also been a Graduate Assistant at Golden Angels Investors.

Bobby's experience in customer service and safety began when they started working at the Rock Climbing Wall in the Wisconsin Union. Bobby quickly learned the importance of paying attention to detail to ensure that customers had a safe and enjoyable experience. Bobby also established a close-knit community within the Student Union by leading weekly training classes and working independently.

In their role as President of the Wisconsin Hoofer Ski & Snowboard Club, Bobby oversaw all activities, financial transactions, trips, Executive Board meetings, campus events, marketing campaigns, media production, and corporate outreach. Bobby was also responsible for initiating, designing, and completing a successful rebranding operation in their first month. This experience taught Bobby the importance of promoting and living out the adventurous Ski & Snowboard Club lifestyle while displaying the professional attitude necessary to foster growth and innovation.

As Director of Marketing at AdHawk, Bobby was responsible for managing all aspects of the company's marketing efforts. Bobby successfully increased brand awareness and grew the company's customer base.

Bobby's experience in customer service, safety, marketing, and management make him an excellent product manager at Octane11.

Bobby Stemper has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bobby also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, they have a Certificate (Minor) in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bobby is also certified as a Bike Mechanic from Trek Bicycle, a Google AdWords Fundamentals Certified from Google, and a Google Analytics Certified from Google. Bobby has a certification from Treehouse in Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS. Bobby is also certified as a Professional Climbing Wall Association Top & Lead Certified Instructor from the CWA (Climbing Wall Association). Finally, they are Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce and Shimano Certified Bicycle Technician from Shimano.

They work with Holly Hester-Reilly - Product Advisor, Ori Bagem - Senior Product Manager. Their manager is TJ Perrin, Head of Product & Operations.
