Barbara Harper

Barbara Harper (Fleming Campbell) has extensive experience in executive administrative support and operations management, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Board Member, Executive Vice President & COO, and Vice President of Finance at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. since January 2015. Previous roles include Executive Secretary at Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the CEO and Executive Management Team, as well as acting as Assistant Secretary for the Board of Directors. Prior to that, Barbara held the position of Operations Manager at Cybersettle, coordinating executive communications and meeting logistics. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Mercy University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Salt Lake Community College.
