Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Service Management Systems Developer at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. since April 2020. Previously, Michael held the position of Sr ITSM Administrator at The Wendy's Company from April 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included facilitating the use of Cherwell Service Management software and developing new modules. Prior to that, Michael worked at The Wendy's Company as a Data Analyst (2013 - 2016), scheduling resources in a 24/7 environment and creating metrics to enhance productivity, as well as serving as a Technical Support Analyst, where data was prepared and presented for technical issues. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, obtained in 2011.
