Guillaume Kälin

Guillaume Kälin, MSHRD, currently serves as the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Octapharma since April 2023. Prior to this role, Guillaume was the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at AIRVANCE Group from February 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included developing the Group Total Rewards policy, implementing grading systems, managing compensation cycles, and overseeing benefits policies.
