Sylvia Werner

Sylvia Werner has extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations and research. Sylvia started their career in 1991 at Aventis Behring/ZLB/CSL Behring, where they held various roles including Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations and Clinical Trial Manager. Sylvia also worked as a Clinical Research Associate and Laboratory Research Associate during their time at Aventis Behring/ZLB/CSL Behring. In 2008, they joined Nektar Therapeutics as a Manager of Clinical Operations. Currently, they are employed at Octapharma, where they have held roles such as Associate Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Clinical Operations Hematology, and their current position as Senior Director of Clinical R&D Hematology.

Sylvia Werner earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Research from Drexel University College of Medicine between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS equivalent) degree in Biology and Labtechnology from IHK. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Clinical Trial Management from Temple University Health System.
