Chavalit Frederick Tsao

Chavalit Frederick Tsao has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Chavalit Frederick served as the Family Business Steward and Chairman of IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, a fourth-generation family business with diverse global business interests. Tsao founded and served as Chairman of AITIA Institute, a platform for exploring and investigating humanity. Chavalit Frederick also founded and served as CEO of Octave, a company focused on human connections in leadership. Tsao is involved in the Family Business Network, serving as Chairman of the Ambassador's Circle and as a Board Member. Additionally, they were Chairman of INTERCARGO, representing the interests of quality dry cargo shipowners worldwide. Tsao's work experience showcases their expertise in family businesses, leadership, and industry associations.

Chavalit Frederick Tsao obtained their Masters of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in the field of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 1977.
