David Carlson

David Carlson is a Co-Founder of Octave Photonics, a position held since 2019. Octave Photonics manufactures packaged ready-to-use nanophotonic devices and provides custom devices and systems for nonlinear nanophotonics. Our products include fiber-coupled devices for supercontinuum generation with 1550 nm lasers, the Comb-Offset Stabilization Module (COSMO) for f-2f self-referencing of laser frequency combs, and electro-optic frequency combs for generating ultra-stable pulse trains at 5 to 30 GHz repetition rates.
