Erica Weisberg LMSW is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in clinical care and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Care Navigator at Octave since June 2022, Erica previously worked as a Crisis Counselor at Vibrant Emotional Health and held various managerial roles in client services across multiple organizations, including Mind Gym and Integra Partners. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, Erica has a strong background in patient advocacy, program management, and collaborative healthcare solutions, complemented by a commitment to enhancing client experiences and addressing critical care issues.
