Jake Zeppa

Jake Zeppa began their career in 2003 as the Owner, Engine and Transmission Specialist at H and A Tuning and Performance. In 2011, they became an Alpha/Beta Tester at GOAL ZERO. In 2012, they joined CalSol, UC Berkeley Solar Vehicle Team as a Member, Battery Lead, and General Consultant. In 2014, they became a Battery, Electrical and Technical Development Engineer at Wheego Electric Cars, Inc. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Engineering at Octillion Power Systems, where they evaluated, optimized, and tested cells/modules/packs for technical merit and production feasibility, designed and performed battery test procedures, and created complex thermal models based on dynamic cell IR and customer drive cycles.

Jake Zeppa attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics.
