Charles Neil has a long and varied work experience. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Server and Certified Trainer at TooJay's Deli, Bakery and Restaurant, where they were responsible for training incoming staff on proper food handling, hygiene practices, and customer experience techniques. In 2011, they began working at Cheddar's Casual Cafe as a Server, where they were responsible for training incoming staff on proper food handling, hygiene practices, and customer experience techniques. In 2015, they began working at Global Trash Solutions, where they held four roles: National Accounts Manager, Customer Service Manager, Conversion Agent, and Customer Service Representative.
