Mark Wells

Mark Wells is currently the VP of DevSecOps Center of Excellence & Software Solutions at Octo. Prior to joining Octo, Mark was with Sevatec, Inc. as a Technical Director, IT, Emerging Markets. In this role, they were responsible for providing budgeting, forecasting, documentation, tracking and scoping of all technical and financial information across the system lifecycle of the projects. Mark also interfaced with executive (CXO) management on project status, project strategic impacts to business opportunities and presenting project plans to executives for funding decisions.

Mark has also worked as an Engineering VM services for supporting automatic provisioning and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Mark has also acted as the main tester of the VM infrastructure using VMWare and Citrix XEN. Furthermore, they have experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP development in support of UI/UX interfaces for the project administration consoles and web sites. Mark has also worked with Mobile developers to move VoIP services to iPads and iPhones using Cisco mobile technology.

In addition to their current roles, Mark has participated on numerous corporate proposal efforts in support of business development opportunities.

Mark Wells works with Matt Simon - Principal, Cloud & Infrastructure COE, Rob Albritton - Senior Director of Al CoE, and Carl Eastley - Senior Director of IT Operations. Mark Wells reports to Sujey Edward, CTO.
