Mary Hess

With more than 18 years of experience in business development and proposals, Mary Hess leads Octo’s Proposal Operations Center and Capture Governance activities across the company. In this role, Mary provides an enterprise-level shared service focused on leading and winning Octo’s highest priority growth opportunities. Mary also supports all of Octo’s strategic planning related to proposal and capture activities and maintains Octo’s CRM capabilities, tools, and processes. Prior to Octo, Mary served as Senior Proposal Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, Business Development/Proposal Manager at GeoTek, Inc., and Business Development/Proposal Manager for Geotechnics. She holds a B.S. from University of Florida and is a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist.
