Samuel Stollar

Sam Stollar is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Defense & Intelligence for Octo. With more than 12 years’ experience, Sam is responsible for service delivery and growth within the Intelligence Community and U.S. Air Force and participates in Octo’s corporate strategic planning efforts. Prior to Octo, Sam served as Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he managed several projects supporting joint requirements development modeling, simulation, wargaming, and analysis for Joint Staff, Combatant Command, and Office of the Secretary of Defense customers. Sam is a Certified Project Management Professional and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4). He holds an M.S. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and B.A. from the University of Virginia.
