Jay Shah

Jay Shah is the Chief Operating Officer of Octo where he oversees all delivery and growth activities across the firm to ensure the company executes against its strategic vision. He has more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in all facets of service delivery, business development, proposal creation, capture planning, and operational management. He has served in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Executive Vice President of Octo’s Health Business Unit. Prior to joining Octo, Jay held leadership positions at Gartner and Capgemini. Jay has been a nominee for several prestigious industry awards and has won the FedHealth IT 100 award three years in a row. He holds an MBA and M.S. from University of Maryland and a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh. Jay is a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe 4 Agilist, and Project Management Professional and is ITIL v2 certified.
