Alon Lits

Alon Lits is the CEO of October Health, previously known as Panda, a company that focuses on AI-driven performance psychology to enhance staff performance and wellbeing. He is also an investor and advisor in Ben Tzvi Investments, serving as a non-executive chairman of the board for Aura. In the past, Alon has held various roles at Uber, including Director, General Manager, and General Manager of Uber Joburg for Sub-Saharan Africa. He has also worked as an intern at LeapFrog Investments and as a consultant at Investec, where he specialized in structured and acquisition finance. Alon holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in Advanced Mathematics of Finance and Actuarial Science and Mathematical Statistics.
