Jeff Cutts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the benefits outsourcing and pension administration sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at October Three Consulting since May 2016, Jeff is responsible for developing the firm's actuarial and pension administration business and managing client relationships. Prior to October Three, Jeff held significant roles at Xerox, including Principal of Total Benefits Outsourcing, where responsibilities encompassed new business development and client relationship management. Jeff's earlier career includes positions at ExcellerateHRO, Fidelity Investments, Aon Consulting, and Watson Wyatt, where expertise in relationship management and consulting drove substantial revenue contributions. Jeff holds a BA in Economics and Math from Dartmouth College.
