Richard Becker

Richard Becker is an experienced software developer with a strong background in developing web-based applications for benefits administration. Since January 2010, Richard has been with October Three LLC, focusing on a web-based benefits administration system based on ASP. Prior to this role, Richard worked at JP Morgan from July 2006 to January 2010 as an actuarial software developer, where contributions included developing a combined DB and DC benefit statement application and an interface to existing DB administration systems. From April 1992 to July 2006, Richard was also an actuarial software developer at Hewitt Associates, creating tools to assess and compare company benefit programs. Richard holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Illinois State University.
