Steven Fowler

Steven Fowler is a seasoned software developer currently serving as Engineering Manager at October Three Consulting since May 2020. At this role, Steven has successfully led multiple projects, architected a content management system, and contributed to departmental restructuring initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Development and Technical Support Analyst for the Jacksonville Jaguars, where Steven architected over 25 reusable front-end web components and developed internal applications for scouting football players. As the owner of Brain Coaching, Steven focused on personalized tutoring, while also mentoring underprivileged urban youth at the University of North Florida. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University.
