Jose David Caro Cantor has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and IT. Jose David started their career in 2016 as a Research Assistant at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, where they were involved in various projects related to video game development, video mapping, and motion graphics. In 2018, they worked as a Mobile Application Developer at Qinaya S.A.S, where they designed and developed various phone apps for Android and iOS. In 2019, they joined Holberton School Colombia as a Software Engineer, focusing on low-level development projects using the C language. Jose David then worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Alcaldía Distrital de Barranquilla from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Technical Recruiter Engineer at Sophilabs, conducting interviews for IT roles. Most recently, they joined 4Geeks Academy in 2022 as a Teacher, and in 2023, they started working at Octobot as a Full-stack Developer.
Jose David Caro Cantor completed a degree in Multimedia Engineering at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test in July 2021.
