Pablo Carballo Soria

Pablo Carballo Soria has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Pablo began their career in 2012 as an Ayudante en Robótica Educativa at Plan Ceibal, where they assisted with assembling LEGO robotics kits, taught robotics workshops in educational centers, and monitored the teaching and use of robots by IT teachers. In 2013, Pablo worked as a PHP Web Developer at ANEP, where they developed and maintained forms for the company's web portal and underwent self-training in PHP. From 2014 to 2021, they joined Quanam as a Sr. Python Developer, leading medium and large-scale projects and specializing in backend solutions design and analysis. Currently, Pablo works at Octobot as a Sr. Full Stack Developer since 2021, focusing on software development in Python to automate tests on electric motors and contributing to the software architecture design.

Pablo Carballo Soria completed their education in computer science. Pablo earned a degree in Ingeniero en Computación (Computer Engineering) from Universidad de la República, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Analista en Computación (Computer Analyst) from the same university, which they pursued from 2009 to 2016.

In terms of certifications, Pablo earned the "Free Code Camp - Javascript Algorithms and Data Structures Certification" from freeCodeCamp in May 2019. Pablo also obtained the "First Certificate in English" from Instituto Dickens Uruguay in December 2017, and the "Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2022.
