Emily Pearce

Emily Pearce is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in user experience and design management. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Octopus Deploy since April 2022, Emily previously held the role of Senior Product Designer at PCCW Solutions Limited from July 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, Emily contributed to RSL Queensland as a Senior User Experience Designer and dedicated almost 14 years to Flight Centre Travel Group, where roles included Mobile App Product Manager, Team Leader UX & Design, and Senior User Experience Designer. Emily's foundational experience in web development began at The University of Queensland, where a degree in Multimedia Design was obtained. Emily's expertise encompasses cross-functional team leadership, product strategy development, customer research, and high-fidelity design across multiple platforms.
