Fiona Howarth

Fiona Howarth is the CEO of Octopus Electric Vehicles, a position held since May 2017, and previously served as Director of Smart Projects at Octopus Energy. Prior experience includes founding a start-up and working as an independent consultant in the energy sector, as well as holding the role of Head of Transformation at OVO Energy. Fiona has also contributed to the development of Hive by British Gas as Head of Product & Commercial and was Client Services Director at AlertMe.com. Earlier in the career, Fiona worked as a Policy Lead at the Department of Energy and Climate Change through Bain & Company, where Fiona was a consultant, and had an internship as an Investment Associate at The Carbon Trust focused on clean technologies. Educational credentials include an MEng in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
