Duccio Baldi

Duccio Baldi is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Octopus Energy Generation since July 2023, where responsibilities include driving distributed-energy product strategy and overseeing cross-border teams. Previously, Duccio co-founded Enco - Energia Collettiva, emphasizing the accessibility of Renewable Energy Communities. Additional roles include consulting for UNHCR on electricity access in refugee camps and conducting energy modelling for the European Commission to enhance electrification strategies across Africa. Duccio has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Energy Science from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, among other qualifications.
