Ryan Hampton

Ryan Hampton is a seasoned finance and geology professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate development within the energy and mining sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Associate at Octopus Energy Generation since January 2023, Ryan previously held roles at Hannam & Partners as an Equity Research & Corporate Finance specialist and at Standard Chartered Bank as a Commodity Analyst focused on global supply and demand modeling. Earlier experience includes a position at Georgian Mining Corporation where strategic project assessments and geological discoveries were key contributions. Ryan holds an MSc in Metal and Energy Finance from Imperial Business School and a BSc in Applied Geology from Camborne School of Mines.
