Alistair Shepherd

Alistair Shepherd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business operations. Currently serving as Director of BizOps at Octopus Energy since September 2025, Alistair previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at Revolut from September 2024 to September 2025. Prior to these roles, Alistair was a Product Specialist & Advisor at Shepherd Consulting, where assistance was provided to companies in developing and improving products and services. As Founder & Head of Product at Saberr, Alistair pioneered a data-driven approach to predicting team performance. Other significant experiences include facilitating events for Techstars Startup Weekend in multiple countries, delivering lectures at the University of Turin, and working on commercializing IP in various engineering roles. Alistair holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Southampton and has been involved in multiple global scholar programs focusing on entrepreneurship and design thinking.
