James Runham

James Runham is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and creating innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Kraken since November 2020, James previously held various roles at reed.co.uk from May 2011 to November 2020, including Principal Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing search, recommendations, and job alerts. James also worked on optimizing the job search service and enhancing the relevancy of the search engine utilizing Elasticsearch.
