Jax Pollock

Jax Pollock is an experienced professional in talent logistics and development, currently serving as the Talent Logistics Lead at Octopus Energy since April 2024. In this role, Jax leads a team to deliver exceptional training programs that support new delegates' transitions into the organization, utilizing expertise in Prince2 and Lean Six Sigma to enhance onboarding experiences.
