Natalie Swain is an experienced compliance and technical monitoring professional with a background in energy and advisory services. Currently serving as ECO Compliance Team Lead at Octopus Energy since May 2022, Natalie previously held the position of Compliance Team Leader at Elite Group Services Ltd from August 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Technical Monitoring Coordinator at Alpha Energy Limited from October 2020 to August 2021 and served as a Gateway Adviser at Citizens Advice from January 2016 to January 2019. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree from Teesside University, earned from September 2009 to June 2012.
