Steven Laycock

Steven Laycock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team and operations management within the utilities and energy sectors. Currently serving as Team Manager at Octopus Energy since May 2022, Steven previously held the position of National Field Manager at Magnum Utilities Ltd from May 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of Regional Field Managers and implementing strategies to enhance performance and profitability. Prior roles include Regional Manager and Smart Meter Engineer at Morrison Utility Connections, as well as a tenure as an Engineer in the Royal Air Force, where Steven focused on maintenance and modification of survival and aircrew equipment.
