Charlotte Curley

Charlotte Curley has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Charlotte currently works at Octopus Investments as the Head of Recruitment & People Operations. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Recruitment at Octopus Investments and CF Healthcare Consulting. Charlotte also worked at PA Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Manager for four years. Charlotte's experience also includes roles at The RAD Awards, Rolls-Royce, EMBS, and Syntax Consultancy Ltd.

Charlotte Curley holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Lancaster University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Change Management Foundation & Practitioner, MSP® Certifications, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training, and is currently enrolled in the Strategic Workforce Planning Development Programme offered by CIPD.
