Mona Steininger

Mona Steininger currently serves as the Head of Marketing Delivery at Octopus Investments, where responsibilities include managing creative design, user experience, websites, emails, resource allocation, and the central marketing budget since December 2020. Prior to this role, Mona held the position of Head of Digital Marketing at Octopus from December 2016 to December 2020, overseeing a complete website replatforming, digital branding, and SEO strategy. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Digital Channel Performance Manager at HSBC, where accountability for digital channel performance and achieving sales targets was key, and as Head of Acquisition & Strategy at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, focusing on acquisition marketing and budget ownership. Additional roles at Barclays and Schroder Investment Management further developed expertise in customer acquisition and content management. Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies, Marketing from the FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences.
