Sriya Katechia

Sriya Katechia is an experienced professional in compliance and anti-money laundering, currently serving as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Octopus Investments since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sriya held various positions at Octopus from February 2017 to May 2022, including MLRO for Octopus Choice and Cash, Compliance Manager, and Compliance Associate. Sriya's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Compliance Manager and Compliance Analyst at Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd from July 2014 to February 2017, and as an Anti-Money Laundering Officer at the Royal Bank of Scotland for a brief period in 2013. Sriya began the career with a summer internship focusing on active portfolio management and risk distribution. Sriya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Keele University, completed in 2014.
