Isobel Platt

Isobel Platt is a designer with extensive experience in graphic design and education. Currently serving as a Designer at Octopus Publishing Group since January 2022, Isobel previously worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Graphic Designer at Small Fry Collective, where project coordination and event hosting were key responsibilities. Isobel has also contributed to academia as an Associate Lecturer in BA (Hons) Graphic Design at The Manchester Metropolitan University, fostering student growth while enhancing personal teaching skills. Freelance work as a graphic designer and illustrator has enriched Isobel's creative practice, providing opportunities for collaboration across diverse industries. Internships at Little, Brown Book Group, big fish®, and Tigerprint have further complemented Isobel's design expertise. Isobel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, both from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
