Cristina Perez Liz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent firms. Currently serving as Head of Spain at Octopus Real Estate since November 2024, Cristina previously held the position of Senior Managing Director - Head of Spain at Kennedy Wilson from September 2014 to October 2024. Prior positions include Director of the Restructuring Unit at Banco Santander (2009-2014), Director and Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance at PwC (2008-2009), Executive Director in Real Estate Structured Finance at Goldman Sachs (2006-2008), and Vice President at J.P. Morgan focusing on Real Estate Structured Finance and NPL investments (1996-2006). Cristina holds a degree from Comillas Pontifical University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
