Flora Devlin

Flora Devlin is an experienced coach and advisor specializing in product leadership, currently serving as a coach to product founders and executives at floradevlin.com since January 2021. As a partner at the Octopus Coaching Hub and a product advisor at both Connect Ventures and the Financial Times, Flora Devlin supports leaders in achieving product-market-fit and launching innovative products. Flora Devlin co-founded the LEAD leadership program aimed at startups and scaleups and has held various advisory and mentorship roles with organizations such as Seedcamp and MoonPay. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Product Director at Monzo Bank and Head of Product at Beam. Flora Devlin holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and an MA in Economics from The University of British Columbia, along with a diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching.
