Joel Francis

Joel Francis is an experienced traffic management professional with a diverse background in managing streetworks and traffic projects. Currently serving as the Regional Traffic Management Manager at OCU since May 2022, Joel has also held positions as Traffic Management Project Manager and Streetworks Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Road Marker at Wilson and Scott (Highways) Ltd from September 2019 to April 2022, and at L&R Roadlines from July 2017 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Traffic Management Operative at Amberon Ltd from January 2013 to June 2017. Joel's foundational education was completed at Ysgol Rhiwabon.
