Paul Armer

Paul Armer is a seasoned professional in commercial management and leadership within the utility and energy sectors. Currently serving as Director of OCU Regulated Power at OCU Group since February 2020, Paul is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on the safe and sustainable delivery of Energy Frameworks and Projects in the South of England. Previous roles include Interim Commercial Lead at GEOBIND®, Group Commercial Director (Interim) at Ferns Group, and Commercial Director for Utility and Waterway Services at Kier Group, where responsibilities ranged from budget management and strategic planning to contract negotiations and profitability maximization. Paul held commercial management positions at AMEC, McNicholas plc, and Clancy Docwra, overseeing various utility sectors. Paul holds a BSc (Honours) in Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and completed education at Dollar Academy.
