Lemelen Palad

Lemelen Palad, MSc, PSPO™, is an experienced product owner and project manager with a strong background in managing client-focused features and enhancing user experiences. Currently serving as the Product Owner for the Practice Management System at Ocuco Limited, Lemelen effectively leads a Scrum team and conducts user journey mapping sessions. Previous roles include Project Manager at TestReach, where Lemelen launched a scheduling tool that significantly improved efficiency, and Head of Experience Center at PLDT, for which strategic planning resulted in a high-value flagship project. With a solid foundation in product development, particularly in IoT solutions, Lemelen has successfully collaborated across various cross-functional teams and has contributed to several high-impact projects throughout a career that spans over a decade, beginning as a Quality Assurance Tester at Elevated Play Philippines, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Digital Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
