Leo Mac Canna

Leo Mac Canna is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Ocuco Ltd. He is responsible for all of Ocuco's management decisions and the implementation of the company's long and short-term strategies. Leo's leadership has propelled Ocuco into a thriving multinational with thousands of customers worldwide.

In the late 1980's, Leo began his career working in the image processing R&D department of RICOH Company, Tokyo. In 1990 he moved to Credit Suisse, Tokyo, before returning to Ireland to complete an MBA. During this course of study, Leo began developing software for the eyecare industry, trading initially under Mac Canna Software, which grew to become The Computer Department Ltd., and ultimately Ocuco Ltd.

Leo holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT)*, an MBA from University College Dublin, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Leadership for Growth programme.
