Swati Pandey

Swati Pandey is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ocuco Limited since September 2023, Swati previously held the role of Project Manager and Scrum Master at Infosys from July 2019 to August 2023. During this time, responsibilities included facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring timely project delivery. Swati's career at Infosys began in May 2007, progressing through various positions, including Team Lead, Business Process Expert, Senior Process Executive, and Process Executive, demonstrating a strong foundation in project execution, incident management, and process improvement. Swati holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
