Neil Loxley

Neil Loxley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading technology-driven companies. Currently serving as Executive Chair at Ocular Systems, Loxley focuses on commercializing a 3D particle characterization system for various industries. Prior to this role, Loxley was Chairman of IBEX Innovations, transitioning from a successful tenure as CEO, where strategic leadership led to significant growth and funding.
