Dinesh Haswani

Dinesh Haswani, PhD has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dinesh started their career as a Sr. Scientist at Spherics Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they worked in product development from 2005 to 2007. Dinesh then joined Patheon as a Sr. Scientist in Formulation & Process Development from 2007 to 2009. After that, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. Mgr. and R&D Team Leader from 2009 to 2017. Following their time at Teva Pharmaceuticals, they joined Purdue Pharma L.P. as an Associate Director in Pharmaceutics from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, MSAT at Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. since 2019 and is also the Head of Product Development (Drug-Device Combination Products) starting from an unknown date in 2021.

Dinesh Haswani, PhD has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmaceutics from Mercer University - College of Pharmacy. Dinesh also holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Equivalent to Pharm. D.) from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their academic achievements, Haswani has also completed a course on Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.
