Molly O'Leary

Molly O'Leary, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at Oculis since November 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of External Reporting and Compliance at Sarepta Therapeutics from May 2019 to July 2025, where Molly led the preparation and review of SEC filings and directed the adoption of new accounting standards. Molly also held various roles at Sarepta, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, focusing on SEC reporting and compliance. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, conducting financial statement audits and evaluating internal controls across multiple industries. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Boston College, where studies were completed in May 2015.
